How do I place a return or exchange?

We're so sorry you didn't love your WhollyGloss product. Please reach out to info@whollygloss.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we will do the rest.

I can’t find my return slip. Where is it? 

Don’t worry—Our packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to info@whollygloss.com and we will take care of it.

All returns must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@whollygloss.com and we’ll be sure to get you the WhollyGloss product you ordered!

Shipping Policy
Allow up to 3 days for processing and up to 10 business days for shipping.

Orders will be shipped via USPS and tracking will be provided within 3 days of your purchase.
